Building roads for Future Generations

Another way in which HPP supports the recycling effort is by eliminating the need for native materials in construction and maintenance. We do this by reclaiming, reusing and supplying recyclable materials.

As a member of TxDOT's Material Producer List ("MPL"), HPP is prequalified to recycle and supply nonhazardous recyclable materials. HPP is on this list because it has met or exceeded TxDOT's requirements in providing the highest level of quality materials for construction, which in turn, ensures long term safety and stability.

You can trust HPP to supply your commercial and industrial material because you know that you are getting materials that have met TXDOT specification requirements and TxDOT and TCEQ environmental criteria.

When you choose to use recycled materials, you help the environment by saving our natural resources and reducing the need for transporting materials.

Based on a history of satisfactory environmental testing and a documented quality control plan, as outlined in DMS-11000: Evaluation and Using Nonhazardous Recyclable Materials Guideline, HPP is a prequalified producer of the listed nonhazardous recycled materials from Industrial Sources including:
